PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. The promoter is Energy Beverages Europe Limited (company number IE574196) whose registered office is at 6th Floor, South Bank House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (the “Promoter”). The voucher functionality and Microsite (as defined below) is operated and powered by Geo Offers Limited (company number 11976415) whose registered office is at 727-729 High Road, London, England, N12 0BP (the “Operator”).
1.2. Participants must create an account on the Microsite to download a free, one-time use (within 20 minutes of activation), voucher (25,000 vouchers available for redemption) which can be redeemed at participating Tesco stores* for a free 335ml can of Reign Storm of any flavour (Valencia Orange, Kiwi Blend and Peach Nectarine) (the “Product”) subject to availability and whilst stock lasts (the “Promotion”).
1.3. By entering this Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
1.4. The Promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (therefore residents in Northern Ireland are excluded) aged 18 or over at the date on which they enter the promotion, excluding employees of the Promoter and the Operator, their group companies, agents or anyone professionally connected with this Promotion and any member of their respective immediate families.
1.5. The validity period in which a participant can download and/or redeem the vouchers opens at 8am (BST) on 28 May 2025 and closes at 23:59 (BST) on 30 June 2025 (the “Promotional Period”), or until all 25,000 vouchers have been redeemed. No vouchers will be available to be redeemed after the earlier of: (i) all 25,000 vouchers being redeemed, or (ii) the end of the Promotional Period. For avoidance of doubt, any vouchers that are downloaded can only be redeemed during the Promotional Period.
1.6. No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion. However, in order to enter the Promotion and receive a voucher you must have an Internet connection, a valid email address and phone number and a smartphone (to be able to download and scan the barcode contained on the voucher).
2. DOWNLOADING AND REDEEMING THE VOUCHER
2.1. To enter the Promotion to receive a free voucher, eligible participants should please visit: Reignstorm-cleanenergy.com (the “Microsite”) on your smartphone. Participants should follow the instructions on the Microsite and will be asked to create an account, which will include providing details such as their name, email address, and phone number (you must ensure all of the information you provide is correct in order to create a valid account) (“Account”).
2.2. Once you have created an Account, and subject to availability, you will receive an SMS text on your smartphone which will include a link to the voucher. No purchase is necessary to obtain the voucher and the SMS is free of charge.
2.3. The voucher should only be activated when you are ready to checkout at the participating Tesco store as it will only be valid for 20 minutes after being activated. To activate the voucher when you are ready to redeem the voucher, you should click on the link in the SMS text and follow the instructions on screen (you will require an Internet connection for this step). You will not be able to redeem the voucher after the 20 minute activation period has ended.
2.4. Once the voucher has been activated, a barcode will appear on the screen of your smartphone. This must be scanned within 20 minutes of activation at checkout in a participating Tesco store during the Promotional Period (inclusive) for redemption against one free Product, subject to availability.
2.5. Any vouchers presented after the end of the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
2.6. Only one voucher can be downloaded and redeemed per person. Each person may only claim one free Product under this Promotion.
3. PRODUCT
There are a total of 25,000 vouchers available for redemption. One voucher per person may be redeemed for a free can of the Product.
4. CONDITIONS
4.1. No cash alternative. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be resold. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative Product of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the Product will only be provided to the voucher-holder.
4.2. No vouchers will be provided to agents, third parties, or those made using methods such as a computer macro, script or the use of automated devices are permitted and no bulk entries or Accounts will be permitted.
4.3. All costs and expenses not included within the Product are the responsibility of the winner(s).
4.4. The Promoter and Operator reserve the right at any time, in their absolute discretion, to:
a) verify the eligibility of any participant (including their age and place of residence);
b) disqualify any participant found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the Promotion or entering using fraudulent means, or who the Promoter and/or Operator believes to have acted in breach of these terms and conditions;
c) disqualify participants who do not give correct contact details or those who make an entry on someone else's behalf; and
d) disqualify any participant posting an entry or a comment to the Promoter’s social media platforms that is, in the Promoter’s opinion, inappropriate, offensive or upsetting to other participants, fans of the Promoter or contrary to applicable law, and to remove any such Account or comment.
5. LIABILITY
5.1. Save as set out in paragraph 5.3 below, if the Promoter fails to comply with these terms and conditions, it will be responsible for loss or damage participants suffer that is a foreseeable result of the Promoter’s breach of these terms and conditions. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time that you entered the Promotion. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
5.2. The Promoter shall not be liable for: (i) any failure to comply with these terms and conditions as a consequence of events beyond its reasonable control including without limitation, any failure of communication networks, including the Microsite, and any closure of participating Tesco stores or interruption in supplies as a consequence of any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; and/or (ii) any loss of profits, loss of revenue or other economic loss or any indirect or consequential loss.
5.3. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any vouchers that cannot be downloaded or redeemed as a result of technical or other reasons.
6. GENERAL
6.1. Any decision of the Promoter in respect of the Promotion is final. All personal data submitted via the Microsite in connection with the Promotion will be processed by the Operator for the purposes of administering and managing the Promotion, the issuance of vouchers (where applicable) and verifying the eligibility of a participant. Data that is collected from or about participants will be securely transferred to the Promoter and will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be found at https://reignstorm-cleanenergy.com.
6.4. Any images of the product on the Microsite are an illustrative example and may not show the exact Product.
6.5. The Promotion and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and participants can bring legal proceedings in respect of the promotion and these terms and conditions (both contractual and non-contractual) in the English courts. Participants living in Scotland will also benefit from any mandatory provisions of Scottish law and can bring legal proceedings in respect of the promotion and these terms and conditions in either the Scottish or the English courts.
