LONG FORM PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these terms & conditions (“Terms”) carefully.  By entering this promotion (the “Promotion”) you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms. You should also read our privacy policy at http://www.reignstorm.com/ which explains how we will use the data you provide us with when entering the Promotion.

The Promotion is being organised and operated by Energy Beverages Europe Limited whose registered address is at 6th Floor, South Bank House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Reign Storm”).  

The Promotion is open to UK and EU residents over eighteen (18) years of age who attend the Event and play the Game. No employee or family member of an employee of Reign Storm or its affiliated companies, subcontractors, agents or assigns or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion is permitted to enter the Promotion.  

The Promotion is being conducted live via attendance at the Reign Storm activation area located at Kingsmeadow Stadium prior to the Chelsea Women vs Crystal Palace Women football match on 23.04.25 (the “Event”), and promoted through promotional material distributed during the Event only.

By entering the Promotion pursuant to these Terms, each entrant (“you”, “your”, “entrant”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and by the decision(s) of Reign Storm, whose decision shall be final, in relation to all matters relating to the Promotion.  No further correspondence will be entered into by Reign Storm.

All times and dates set out in these Terms refer to the times and dates in Great Britain. In the event of any dispute over the time or date of any entry submitted, the decision of Reign Storm shall be final.

No purchase of any product or ticket to a football match is required to enter the Promotion.  

Entry

The Promotion will commence at 15:00 on 23.04.25 (“Commencement Date”) and the Promotion will close at 23:59 on 23.04.25 (“Closing Date”).  

Entrants may enter the Promotion by:  

acting in accordance with these Terms;  

attending the Reign Storm activation located at the Event, and submitting their details as directed by Reign Storm (being full name, residential address, date of birth, phone number and email address) on the device provided by Reign Storm;

completing a disclaimer prior to playing the Game, as provided by Reign Storm in its absolute discretion; and

playing the skill-based football game provided by Reign Storm at the Event (the “Game”).  

Prize & Requirements  

Each entrant that validly submits their entry as set out above (each a “Valid Entry” and collectively “Valid Entries”) will be entered into a pool of entries with every other Valid Entry.  

Two (2) Reign Storm representatives will within three (3) days of the Closing Date collaborate to identify the winners (each a “Winner” and collectively the “Winners”):

The top ten (10) Valid Entries shall each win the (“Prize”) to take place between 28 April 2025 - 31 May 2025 (such dates to be amended or confirmed at Reign Storm’s sole discretion) consisting of:  

one (1) football training experience for two (2) people with Chelsea F.C. Women;

one (1) meet and greet experience for two (2) people with three (3) Chelsea F.C. Women players; and

a training ground tour of Chelsea FC Women’s training facility in Surrey, England for two (2) people, the details of which will be determined by Reign Storm in its absolute discretion, subject to availability.

Reign Storm’s representatives shall determine the Winners based on the top ten (10) Valid Entries whose recorded Game time ranked consecutively quickest (recorded to the nearest millisecond) (“Selection Criteria”). Reign Storm’s representatives shall ensure that the entries are valid in accordance with these Terms, judge the Valid Entries on the Selection Criteria, and assign the Prizes to the Winners (the “Selection Process”).

Only the Winners and one (1) person, as chosen by each Winner (the “Elected Person”), may enjoy the benefits of their awarded Prize. The Elected Person must be approved by Reign Storm, be over the age of eighteen (18) years, be resident in the United Kingdom or a member state of the European Union on 23.04.25 and be able to travel to Surrey, England redeem the Prize, at their own cost.  

Before being declared a Winner and receiving their Prize, a potential Winner and their Elected Person will be required to:

prove eligibility, including, without limitation, proof of age, proof of residence, identity, which may include but is not limited to a copy of proof of residence, passport and/ or similar government issued identification.

Sign any waivers and disclaimers prepared by Reign Storm, in its complete discretion, specific to each of the Game and the Prize confirming understanding, compliance with and acceptance of the waiver and disclaimer. Copies of the applicable confirmation can be obtained upon request to [INSERT].

Failure to provide Reign Storm with this information within the reasonable timeframe set by Reign Storm may result in a Winner forfeiting their Prize and Reign Storm selecting another Valid Entry as soon as reasonably possible thereafter based on the next best score achieved during the Event in accordance with the Selection Process.  

For the avoidance of doubt, all other costs associated with the Prize, including without limitation, travel, accommodation, tax and anything related to the Prize not specifically included and outlined in the definition of the Prize above will be borne solely by the Winners.  

It is the responsibility of the Winners to provide any required documentation and any other legal requirements for their Prize and/or documentation required by law and/or Reign Storm.  

Notification and Prize Delivery

The Winners will be notified by email and/or by telephone via the email address and/or telephone number provided to enter the Promotion within seven (7) days of the Selection Process (“Notification”). Unsuccessful entrants will not be notified.  

The delivery details of the Prize shall be determined by Reign Storm in its complete discretion. Details of delivery of the Prize (including but not limited to the time, date and location of delivery) shall be provided to the Winners at Notification.

In the event that Reign Storm cannot contact a potential Winner within three (3) days of the Notification, a potential Winner is unavailable to retrieve their Prize or is unable to evidence their UK residency status, such entry will be deemed null and void and Reign Storm shall select another Valid Entry based on the next best score achieved during the Event as soon as reasonably possible thereafter in accordance with the Selection Process.  

General Terms

Entrants are limited to one (1) entry per person and each entrant shall not submit or attempt to submit more than one (1) entry. Reign Storm reserves the right to refuse entry of any individual to the Promotion who submits or attempts to submit more than one (1) entry.

Entries will not be valid where they are made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices. Reign Storm reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to exclude entries it believes have been made using any automated entry techniques.

All entries are deemed to have been received at the time of entry into Reign Storm’s database and not at the time when the entry is sent at the Event by the entrant.  

For the avoidance of doubt, only the device provided by Reign Storm during the Event may be used to enter the Promotion.

If there is any dispute as to the identity of a Winner, the decision of Reign Storm shall be final.

Submitting the entry form or any other form of evidence of submitting the entry form is not proof that your entry has been received. Reign Storm accepts no responsibility for entries that are incorrectly completed, lost, delayed or which are not received for any reason.  

The Prize is as described and is not transferable, not exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered in the event that a Winner is unable to claim their Prize for any reason whatsoever. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of unforeseen circumstances or Reign Storm being unable to deliver a Prize due to the COVID-19 pandemic or for any other reason, Reign Storm reserves the right to replace the entire Prize or prize components with prizes of equal or greater value.

Each Winner agrees to participate and shall procure that their Elected Person agrees to participate in reasonable publicity resulting from the Promotion if requested to do so by Reign Storm and each Winner and their Elected Person agree that Reign Storm can use their name, photograph and audio and/or visual recordings of them in any publicity relating to the Promotion as described in Reign Storm’s privacy policy.

If Reign Storm fails to comply with these Terms, it is responsible for loss or damage an entrant suffers that is a foreseeable result of Reign Storm's breach of these Terms or its negligence, but it is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if they were an obvious consequence of Reign Storm's breach or if they were contemplated by the entrant and Reign Storm at the time that the entrant entered the Promotion. Besides Reign Storm's liability for foreseeable loss or damage, Reign Storm and/or any of their affiliate companies, employees, directors, agents, assigns or sub-contractors disclaims any and all liability to the fullest extent permissible by law.

Events may occur that render the Promotion itself or the awarding of a Prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Reign Storm and accordingly Reign Storm may, at its absolute discretion, vary or amend the Promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Reign Storm as a result thereof.

Reign Storm reserves the right to:

(a) change the format of the Promotion and/or delay or postpone the Promotion or any stage(s), in whole or in part due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, without liability to the entrant; and/or

(b) refuse entry of any individual to the Promotion or future promotions organised by Reign Storm: (i) where Reign Storm reasonably believes that a Prize has been transferred to a third party in whole or in part; (ii) where an entrant has been disqualified from any Reign Storm competition or promotion in the twelve (12) months prior to the Commencement Date; (iii) where Reign Storm reasonably believe such individual has not complied with these Terms; and/or (iv) where such individual is ineligible to participate in the Promotion (or if participation in the Promotion should have been refused for any reason whatsoever).

Save as expressly set out in these Terms, Reign Storm has no liability for any costs or expenses that may be incurred by any entrant. The Winners will be liable for any tax chargeable in relation to their Prize.  

It is advised that all entrants retain a copy of these Terms for future reference.

You accept that your name may be made available to the public if you are a Winner. Winners’ names are available by contacting Reign Storm at www.reignstorm.com/contact within 90 days of the Closing Date.

Any disputes (contractual or non-contractual) arising under or in connection with this Promotion and these Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales subject to mandatory provisions of local consumer law that may apply for your benefit by operation of law and nothing in the Promotion and these Terms affect your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.

Entrants can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions in the English courts. If an entrant lives in Scotland they can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions in either the Scottish or the English courts.
